In this sermon, Pastor Kevin looks at how God assures us that we are His children. In this passage, the writer of Hebrews reminds them and us that one of the keys to assurance is to “remember the former days.” As we look back at our lives, we are able to see two things that give us evidence of conversion in our lives. Then the writer has them look forward to the coming of Christ and uses that to assure them and us that these are things that give us assurance that we have truly experienced saving grace.
