Ephesians 4:11-16 makes clear that the work of the ministry is not primarily done by the leadership of a church, but by the entire community of saints. God gives leadership to equip the saints for this ministry.
At Grace Bible Church, we want to take seriously the priority of the community in ministering. The elders are continually honing our organizational structure to best serve the saints as they minister. We wish to equip the saints through the teaching of the Word of God to serve faithfully in three main areas: (1) in their families, (2) in the congregation, and (3) to those outside our doors. We do this by providing training and opportunities for ministry in these three areas.
