As Pastor Kevin continues our series in Mark, he brings us to a familiar passage where Judas goes to the religious leaders, who have been looking for an opportunity to arrest and kill Jesus, and he betrays Jesus to them. With all of that happening, and Jesus knowing that he is just a few hours away from the suffering of the Cross, we see something about our Savior that is captivating. He is completely and confidently in control of that evening. And you have to wonder, how can He confidently navigate through an evening like that, and even take the time to care for His disciples and prepare them for the final Passover as He institutes the Lord’s Supper? That is what his sermon is about.
