In this sermon, Pastor Zack continues his study of the book of Colossians by looking at the first 5 verses of chapter 2. In these verses, we see a prayer by the Apostle Paul for the Christians in Colossae and beyond. In the prayer, he is praying that they would have spiritual encouragement by showing brotherly love resulting in a deep assurance and a knowledge of Christ. And all of this was for a very specific purpose — that they would be fortified and stand strong against false teaching.
