Jim Anderson — Elder

Jim was raised in a Christian home, and even served in the pastorate, but was self-deceived. He came to Christ after many years of rejecting the truth when God, in His grace, enabled him to respond to the Gospel’s call to faith and repentance. Jim and his family have been at Grace since 2012.

Jim has studied at Baptist University of America, Luther Rice Seminary, and Liberty University. He is currently doing continued studies at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary and The Master’s College. His duties as an elder at GBC include teaching the “Family and Marriage” Sunday School class and leading a small group.

Jim has been married to Dianne since 1980 and they have 4 children.
